总体国家安全观视域下警务指挥与战术学科创新性建设研究

摘　　要：总体国家安全观是助推中华民族走向复兴的伟大战略。新时代警务执法是实现我国国家对内安全的重要途径之一。以总体国家安全观为视角,以警务执法人才培养为目的,对公安院校警务指挥与战术学科发展建设进行研究,旨在培养更多合格的警务执法人才。警务指挥与战术学科创新性建设应凸显对学生警务执法定力的培养,包括思想政治素养、指挥与战术知识素养,以及警务实战能力素养等方面。同时要加强主干课程思政化建设、学科知识结构职业化建设、技能操作课程专业化建设。The overall national security concept is a great strategy to promote the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Police law enforcement in the new era is one of the important ways to realize China’s internal security.From the perspective of the overall national security concept and the purpose of police law enforcement personnel training,this paper studies the development and construction of police command and tactics discipline in public security colleges and universities,aiming to cultivate more qualified police law enforcement talents.It is proposed that the construction of police command and tactics discipline should highlight the cultivation of students’police law enforcement determination,including ideological and political literacy,command and tactical knowledge literacy,and police practical combat ability literacy.At the same time,it puts forward the construction measures to strengthen the ideological and political construction of main courses,the professional construction of subject knowledge structure,and the professional construction of skill operation courses.
