摘　　要：禽流感(Avian influence,AI)和新城疫(Newcastle disease,ND)是现代禽类养殖业中影响最大的两种疫病。其中禽流感分为高致病性禽流感(HPAI)和低致病性禽流感(LPAI),而HPAI和ND是全球范围内最重要的禽类烈性传染病[1],且HPAI被世界动物卫生组织(OIE)列为必须报告的动物传染病,我国将HPAI和ND列为一类疫病。同时,禽流感也可以感染人,可造成严重的公共卫生安全问题。ND具有很高的发病率和病死率,是危害养禽业的一种主要传染病,OIE将其列为A类疫病。笔者从两种疫病的病原学、流行病学、病理学、临床病变等方面进行阐述,针对拉萨市养禽业现状提出有效防控措施的建议。Avian influenza(AI)and Newcastle disease(ND)are the most influential diseases in modern poultry industry.Among them,avian influenza is divided into highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI)and lowly pathogenic avian influenza(LPAI),and HPAI and ND are the most important avian infectious diseases in the world[1].HPAI is listed as an animal infectious disease that must be reported for the World Organization for Animal Health(OIE),and HPAI and ND are listed as I level epidemic disease in China.At the same time,avian influenza can also infect people,which can cause serious public health and safety problems.ND has a high incidence rate and mortality,and is a major infectious disease endangering poultry industry.OIE classified it as A level epidemic disease.The author elaborated the etiology,epidemiology,pathology and clinical pathological changes of these two diseases,and put forward suggestions on effective prevention and control measures for the current situation of poultry industry in Lhasa.
