摘 要:与短玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料相比,长玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料(LGFRP)具有更好的力学性能。但是LGFRP在提供更为优异的力学性能的同时,也会带来易翘曲的问题,影响材料的外观和使用。通过引入丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)到LGFRP中,研究了合金含量对材料的翘曲和力学性能等的影响。结果表明,ABS的加入可以提升材料的冲击强度和弯曲模量,POE对材料的冲击性能有大幅提高,并且二者都可以显著降低材料的翘曲现象。但是加入过量的ABS会使得材料的拉伸性能有所下降,过量的POE加入会影响材料的拉伸和弯曲强度。材料的应用需要根据具体的使用场景对材料的组分进行适当的调配。Comparing with short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites,long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites(LGFRP)had better mechanical properties.While LGFRP provided more excellent mechanical properties,it could also bring the problem of easy to warp,affecting the appearance and use of materials.By introducing acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)and ethylene-octane copolymer(POE)into LGFRP,the influence of alloy contents on the warpage and mechanical properties of materials was studied.The test results show that the addition of ABS can improve the impact strength and bending modulus of the material,and POE can significantly improve the impact performance of the material,and both of them can significantly reduce the warping phenomenon of the material.However,excessive addition of ABS could decrease the tensile property of the material,and excessive addition of POE could affect the tensile and bending strength of the material.The application of materials requires appropriate deployment of material components according to specific use scenarios.
