摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)对纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))粉末进行表面处理,然后将其作为增强相改性3D打印光固化环氧丙烯酸酯。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)对材料进行了表征,考察了TiO_(2)粒子的添加量对树脂力学性能和热稳定性的影响,并对拉伸断面形貌作了分析。结果表明,TiO_(2)表面官能团发生了明显的变化,当添加TiO_(2)粒子的质量分数为1.5%时,材料的拉伸强度为38.1 MPa,冲击强度为10.1 kJ/m^(2),分别较纯环氧树脂集体提高了了38.04%和8.7%;最大热失重温度为430.67℃,比未添加TiO_(2)的树脂提高了6.34℃。The silane coupling agentγ-methylacrylloxy propyl trimethoxy silane(KH570)was used for surface treatment of the nano titanium dioxide(nano-TiO_(2))powder,and then it was used as an enhanced phase to modify the three dimensional(3 D)printing light-curing epoxy acrylate.The material was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of the amount of TiO_(2) particles on the mechanical properties and thermal stability of the resin were investigated,and the morphology of the tensile section was analyzed.The results show that the functional groups on the surface of TiO_(2) have changed significantly.When the mass fraction of TiO_(2) particles is 1.5%,the tensile strength of the material is 38.1 MPa,the impact strength is 10.1 kJ/m^(2).Comparing with pure epoxy resin,it increases by 38.04%and 8.7%,respectively.The maximum thermal weight loss temperature is 430.67℃,which is 6.34℃higher than that of the resin without TiO_(2).
