摘  要:通过试验研究了掺入钢纤维(MS)、聚丙烯纤维(PP)和混杂纤维(MS+PP)混凝土的力学性能。试件分为两组,其中一组为不含橡胶的混凝土,另外一组为含20%橡胶颗粒的混凝土。每组中的变量为MS纤维和PP纤维的含量,总的纤维含量为1%。试验结果表明,掺入0.1%PP+0.9%MS的混杂纤维混凝土具有较高的抗压、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量;橡胶混凝土的坍落度较小且增加纤维含量也降低混凝土的坍落度;掺入1%MS的混凝土的抗折强度明显提高,当聚丙烯纤维含量为1%时,会对混凝土力学性能产生不利影响;0.1%PP+0.9%MS混杂纤维为最佳纤维组合,其次为1%MS纤维。The mechanical properties of concrete mixed with steel fiber(MS),polypropylene fiber(PP)and hybrid fiber(MS+PP)were studied through experiments.The test pieces are divided into two groups,one is concrete without rubber,and the other is concrete with 20%rubber particles.The variable in each group is the content of MS fiber and PP fiber,the total fiber content is 1%.The test results show that the hybrid fiber concrete mixed with 0.1%PP+0.9%MS has higher compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus.The rubber concrete has less slump and increasing fiber content also reduces slump.The flexural strength of concrete mixed with 1%MS is obviously improved.When the content of polypropylene fiber is 1%,it will adversely affect the mechanical properties of concrete.And the 0.1%PP+0.9%MS hybrid fiber is the best fiber combination,followed by 1%MS fiber.
