摘　　要：芳纶Ⅲ单向纤维增强复合材料由于其优良的力学性能,在航空航天、军事及个体防护装备等领域中应用广泛,因此采用合理的手段准确测试出芳纶Ⅲ单向纤维增强复合材料的力学性能变得十分重要。本文对芳纶Ⅲ单向纤维增强复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、压缩性能以及层间剪切性能进行测定,采用正交试验的方法,通过控制不同的测试条件(例如试验速度、试样尺寸、夹具尺寸等),分析不同测试条件对芳纶Ⅲ单向纤维复合材料测试结果的影响,以得到更为准确合理的力学性能试验方法。Aramid unidirectional fiber III reinforced composites were widely used in aerospace,military,personal protective equipment and other fields due to its excellent mechanical properties.Therefore,it was very important to precisely determine the mechanical properties of aramid III fiber reinforced composites by reasonable means.The tensile properties,flexural properties,compressive properties and interlaminar shear properties of aramid unidirectional fiber III reinforced composites were measured.The orthogonal test method was used to analyze the influence of different test conditions on the test results of aramid III fiber reinforced composites by controlling different test conditions(such as,loading speed of testing machine,sample size,clamp size,etc.)in order to obtain a more accurate and reasonable test method of mechanical properties.
