摘 要:以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为研究对象,首先对比了常见电镀ABS的无铬电镀性能。分析了不同厂家电镀ABS粗化后表面的差异,并对比了各自的镀层结合力。随后,研究了橡胶含量、粒径和树脂基体的极性对ABS无铬电镀性能的影响。通过结合镀层拉拔力和粗化表面的扫描电子显微镜(SEM)照片,讨论了ABS的各个组分是如何影响其无铬电镀性能的。为后续配方设计提供了理论指导。The chrome-free plating performance of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS)had been investigated.Firstly,the chromium-free plating performance of common electroplated ABS was compared.The difference of surface after plating ABS of different manufacturers was analyzed,and the bonding strength of each coating was compared.Subsequently,the effects of rubber content,particle size and polarity of the resin matrix on the chrome-free plating properties of ABS were investigated.By combining the scanning electron microscope(SEM)photographs of the plating pull-out force and the roughened surface,the various components of ABS affecting its chrome-free plating performance had been discussed.It provided theoretical guidance for subsequent formulation design.
