摘 要:采用聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)及山茶籽粉(CSP)制备熔融沉积成型(FDM)三维(3D)打印线材并打印成制品。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能拉伸试验机、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、旋转流变仪和接触角测试仪等分析手段分别研究了PLA/PBS/CSP复合材料结构和性能的变化,并以亚甲基蓝(MB)为模拟污染物,研究其3D制品的吸附能力。结果表明,少量CSP(5 phr)可起到异相成核作用,增大结晶度;且复合材料的拉伸强度略有提升。当CSP含量为30 phr时,复合材料实现"类液"向"类固"转变,形成网络结构。该网络结构的形成有利于提高PLA/PBS/CSP复合材料的亲水性,促进了MB分子在材料中的传递,明显加快了吸附速率。该3D打印材料具有用做废水处理吸附剂的潜力。Polylactic acid(PLA),polybutylene succinate(PBS)and camellia seed powder(CSP)blends were employed for preparing three dimensional(3 D)printing filament of fused deposition molding(FDM)and then manufactured as 3 D printing products.The structure-properties changes of PLA/PBS/CSP composites were investigated through scanning electron microscope(SEM),universal tensile testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),rotational rheometer and contact angle tester.And the adsorption performance for methylene blue(MB)on the 3 D-printed model was also carried out.The results show that crystallinity of PLA is enhanced by adding a few CSP(5 phr),due to the heterogeneous nucleation effect of CSP for PLA.Meanwhile,the tensile strength is also improved a little.When the content of CSP is 30 phr,the composites transform from"liquid-like"to"solid-like",revealing the formation of network structure.The formed network structure could enhance the hydrophilicity of PLA/PBS/CSP composites,thus accelerating the transmission of MB molecules in the composites.Consequently,the adsorption efficiency of the composites is improved,which could be a candidate for effluent treatment.
