摘　　要：目的 摸清临沧市艾滋病流行特征和变迁规律,分析临沧市艾滋病流行趋势,评估艾滋病防控效果,为今后制定艾滋病防控策略和资源分配提供科学依据。方法 采用相关的统计学方法,对临沧市1990-2016年艾滋病病例报告数据信息进行收集整理,分析艾滋病流行特征。结果 临沧市艾滋病流行时间长,疫情严重,为一类流行地区,艾滋病流行特征及变迁规律基本和全省、全国一致。2006年以后性传播成为最主要的传播途径。艾滋病感染者、病人以青壮年为主,近年来50岁以上感染者逐渐增多。在众多少数民族中佤族感染者所占比例最大。艾滋病感染者、病人以农民居多。结论 临沧市艾滋病流行时间长,疫情严重,为一类流行地区,艾滋病流行特征及变迁规律基本和全省、全国一致。经过全市各级各部门近30年共同努力,防治工作取得了阶段性成效,疫情快速上升的势头得到有效遏制,但当前临沧市艾滋病疫情仍然严重,艾滋病防治工作依然任重道远。Objective To analyze the epidemic trend and characteristics and HIV/AIDS in Lincang,and evaluate the effect of theprevention and control strategies,so as to provide scientifi c basis for f prevention and control strategies and resource allocation in the future.Methods Data of AIDS case reports from 1990 to 2016 in Lincang were collected and analyzed by using relevant statistical methods.Results The epidemic of HIV/AIDS in Lincang has a long period and a serious situation,the epidemic characteristics and changing trends are basically the same as those in Yunnan province and China.Sexual transmission became the major mode of transmission after 2006.The majority of people infected with HIV/AIDS are young adults.In recent years,the number of people infected over the age of 50 has increased gradually.Of all ethnic groups,Va people has the largest proportion of infected people.The majority of people infected with HIV/AIDS are farmers.Conclusion Lincang has a long epidemic period and a serious epidemic situation.It is a type of epidemic area,and the epidemic characteristics and the law of change are basically the same as that of the whole province and the whole country.After nearly 30 years of joint efforts by all departments at all levels in the city,the prevention and control work has achieved phased results,and the fast-rising momentum of the epidemic situation has been effectively contained,but at present the AIDS epidemic in our city is still serious,AIDS prevention and control work is still a long way to go.
