摘　　要：目的探究快速康复外科理念下的优质护理在结直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法对武汉大学人民医院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的100例结直肠癌外科手术患者展开对照研究,将其分为观察组(快速康复外科理念下的优质护理)与对照组(常规护理),各50例,分组方法为随机数字表法。探讨实施不同护理对术后恢复指标、术后并发症发生率、术后患者满意度的影响。结果与对照组肛门首次排气时间、早期下床活动时间、平均住院天数相比,观察组显著较短(t=17.600,8.882,15.072;P<0.05);与对照组并发症发生率(14.00%)相比,观察组(2.00%)显著较低(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05);与对照组满意度(84.00%)相比,观察组(98.00%)显著较高(χ^(2)=5.983,P<0.05)。结论在结直肠癌外科手术患者中应用快速康复外科理念下的优质护理,可显著缩短术后恢复指标,降低并发症发生率,提升满意度,此方法值得应用与推广。Objective To study the applied effects of fast track surgery-based high quality nursing during surgery of colorectal cancer.Methods 100 colorectal cancer patients treated from July 2018 to July2019 in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were investigated and randomly assigned to observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).To explore the impact of different nursing care on postoperative recovery indicators,postoperative complications,and postoperative patient satisfaction.Results Initial anal exhaust time,early ambulant time and average hospital length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than control group(t=17.600,8.882,15.072;P<0.05);complication rate in the observation group(2.00%)was significantly lower than control group(14.00%)(χ^(2)=4.891,P<0.05);nursing satisfaction in the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than control group(84.00%)(χ^(2)=5.983,P<0.05).Conclusion During surgery of colorectal cancer,fast track surgery-based high quality nursing can greatly reduce the operation indicators,postoperative complications,and increase the nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of application and promotion.
