摘 要:采用捕食行为观察、多种猎物共存、功能反应测定和干扰反应测定试验研究了叉角厉蝽对草地贪夜蛾的捕食特性。结果显示,叉角厉蝽主要在上午时段搜寻猎物,能捕食草地贪夜蛾2~6龄期幼虫和预蛹,对6龄期幼虫和预蛹具有喜好性;其雌成虫和5龄若虫对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫捕食反应符合Holling-Ⅱ型方程,分别为N_(a)=(0.9819N_(0))/(1+0.0408N_(0))和N_(a)=(1.3336N_(0))/(1+0.1597N_(0)),日最大捕食量分别是11头和6头;叉角厉蝽3龄若虫对草地贪夜蛾3龄和5龄幼虫的捕食反应以及5龄若虫和雌成虫对5龄幼虫的捕食反应均为常数,捕食量为1~2头/d;叉角厉蝽自身密度不影响其捕食行为。By investigating the predation behavior, functional response, and interference effect of Eocanthecona furcellata on Spodoptera frugiperda, the predation characteristics of E. furcellata to S. frugiperda were studied. The results showed that the predatory search of E. furcellata was mainly in the morning, 3rd-and 5th-instar larva and female adult of E.furcellata could prey on 2nd-to 6th-instar larva and pre-pupa of S. frugiperda, and showed a preference for 6th-instar larva and pre-pupa of S. frugiperda. The functional resp onse of 5 th-instar larva and female adult of E. furcellata to 3 rd-instar larva of S. frugiperda fit the Holling-Ⅱ equation, which could be described as N_(a)=(0.981 9 N_(0))/(1+0.040 8 N_(0)) and N_(a)=(1.333 6 N_(0))/(1+0.159 7 N_(0)) respectively, and the maximum predation per day were 11 and 6 individuals, respectively. The functional response of 3(rd)-instar E. furcellata larva to 3 rdand 5th-instar S. frugiperda larva, and 3(rd)-instar larva and female adult of E. furcellata to 5th-instar S. frugiperda larva were constants, and their predatory capacities were 1 to 2 individuals per day. The results suggested that the application of E. furcellata for the management of S. frugiperda could be feasible.
