松阿扁叶蜂越冬期感病幼虫病原菌的分离鉴定及林间应用研究

摘  要:实地调查了徂徕山林场松阿扁叶蜂越冬期幼虫感病死亡情况,并对引起幼虫感病死亡的致病菌分离纯化,进行了形态鉴定和分子鉴定。结果表明,松阿扁叶蜂越冬感病幼虫在自然状态下感病致死率可达8.9%~21.3%,其病原分离物可分为真菌菌株和细菌菌株两大类。其中,真菌感染致死率为67.8%,细菌感染致死率为32.2%。从松阿扁叶蜂死亡幼虫虫体中分离到5株细菌[嗜虫沙雷氏菌(Serratia entomophila)、河生肠杆菌(Enterobacter amnigenus)、鲍氏不动杆菌(Acinetobcter baumannii)、黏质沙雷菌(Serratia marcescens)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和2株真菌粉质棒束孢(Isaria farinosa)、环链棒束孢(Isaria cateinannulata)]。其中,2株细菌菌株(黏质沙雷菌、枯草芽孢杆菌)和2株真菌菌株(粉质棒束孢、环链棒束孢)对松阿扁叶蜂幼虫的室内试验校正致死率为24.2%~68.9%;林间试验校正致死率为16.7%~62.4%。其中,环链棒束孢的校正死亡率为62.4%。In this study, the mortali ty of overwintering Acantholyda posticalis larvae infected by pathogens were investigated, and the pathogens in dead larvae of A. posticalis were isolated, purified, and identified. The results showed that there were 5 kinds of bacteria(Serratia entomophila, Enterobacter amnigenus, Acinetobacter baumannii, Serratia marcescens, and Bacillus subtilis) and 2 kinds of fungi(Isaria farinosa and Isaria cateinannulata) in the dead bodies of A.posticalis. The corrected fatality rate of two kinds of bacteria(Serratia marcescens and Bacillus subtilis) and two kinds of fungi(Isaria farinosa and Isaria cateinannulata) on A. posticalis larvae in laboratory tests ranged from 24.2% to 68.9%.The corrected fatality rate of the above pathogens in the forest test was 16.7% to 62.4%, and that of Isaria farinosa treatment could reach 62.4%.
