摘  要:探讨无铅防护服用面料的制备方法及其防辐射性能。采用聚多巴胺修饰金属钨粉,在酸性条件下钆离子自组装沉积钨粉表面,经高温煅烧制备核壳结构的钨/氧化钆功能粉末;以平纹棉织物为基布,将钨/氧化钆粉末分散于聚氨酯树脂中制备涂层面料。结果表明:多巴胺浓度0.2 g/L、硝酸钆浓度0.3 mol/L条件下得到核壳结构的钨/氧化钆涂层对入射能量60 keV~100 keV的X射线防护效率达60%。认为:钨/氧化钆具有协同防护功能,制备的面料具有无铅、轻质、高效的特点。Preparation method and radiation protection property of lead-free protective fabric were discussed.The metal tungsten powder was modified by polydopamine,the tungsten powder surface was self-assembled by gadolinium ions under acidic condition.The tungsten/gadolinium oxide functional powder with core-shell structure were prepared by high temperature calcination.Plain cotton fabric was used as base fabric,coated fabric was prepared by dispersion of tungsten/gadolinium oxide powder in polyurethane resin.The results showed that the core-shell structure tungsten/gadolinium oxide coating with the concentration of 0.2 g/L dopamine and 0.3 mol/L gadolinium nitrate has a protective efficiency of 60%against the incident energy of 60 keV~100 keV.It is considered that tungsten/gadolinium oxide has the synergistic protective function,the prepared fabric has the characteristics of leadfree,lightweight and efficient.
