摘  要:探讨原料配比和单位面积质量对热防护织物性能的影响。制备了16种热防护面料,系统研究了4种纱线混纺比和4种单位面积质量的织物透气性能、力学性能、阻燃性能和热防护性能。结合双因素方差分析,探讨了原料配比和单位面积质量对其性能的影响规律。结果表明:原料配比对热防护织物拉伸性能、撕破性能、损毁长度以及热防护性能有显著影响,对透气性能没有显著影响;单位面积质量对热防护织物透气性能、拉伸性能、撕破性能、纬向损毁长度以及热防护性能有显著影响,对经向损毁长度没有影响。认为:实际产品开发中应根据热防护织物性能要求优选原料配比和单位面积质量。Raw material ratio and mass per unit area on the property of thermal protection fabric were discussed.16 kinds of thermal protective fabrics were prepared,the air permeability,mechanical property,flame retardant property and thermal protection property of the fabrics with 4 yarns blending ratios and 4 fabrics mass per unit area were studied systematically.Combined with two-factor variance analysis,the effect of raw material ratio and mass per unit area on fabric property were discussed.The results showed that the ratio of raw materials has a significant effect on the fabric tensile property,tear property,damage length and thermal protection property,but has no significant effect on the air permeability.The mass per unit area has a significant effect on the fabric air permeability,tensile property,tear property,weft damage length and thermal protection property,but has no effect on the warp damage length.It is considered that the ratio of raw materials and the mass per unit area should be optimized according to the property requirements of thermal protective fabric in actual product development.
