棉纺企业吨纱用棉量精准计算系统的研究

摘　　要：为了解决大部分棉纺企业在棉纱分品种、分配棉吨纱用棉量中计算不准和统计工作效率低的难题,自主研发了棉纺企业吨纱用棉量计算系统。介绍了吨纱用棉量精准计算系统的设计原理和详细计算过程。通过案例简述了设置棉纱及配棉的统计参数,产量、盘存、投入原料的合理分类录入和相应的计算公式。实践表明,该系统计算的棉纱分品种、分配棉吨纱用棉量准确可靠。认为:该系统可为财务原料成本计算和企业安排生产原料提供及时准确的用棉统计数据。In order to solve the problems of inaccurate calculation and inefficient statistical work in classification of cotton yarns and distribution cotton consumption per ton yarn in most cotton spinning enterprises,cotton consumption per ton yarn calculation system in cotton spinning enterprises was independently researched and developed.Design principle and detailed calculation process of accurate calculation system for cotton consumption per ton yarn were introduced.Through cases,setting of statistical parameters of cotton yarn and cotton assorting,reasonable classification entry of output,inventory and input raw materials and corresponding calculation formulas were briefly described.Practice showed that the calculation system of cotton yarn classification and distribution cotton consumption per ton yarn was accurate and reliable.It is considered that the system can provide timely and accurate cotton consumption statistics for financial raw material cost calculation and enterprise raw material arrangements.
