摘 要:总结心电监测织物电极的研究进展。分别介绍了导电聚合物类和纺织材料类心电监测织物电极材料的特点和相关研究进展。根据心电监测织物电极主体部分的不同,将其进行了分类,并详细阐述了机织结构、针织结构和刺绣结构织物电极的制备方法及在心电监测中的应用情况。认为:心电监测织物电极需要解决服用舒适性问题,并建立织物电极提取心电信号的质量评价标准。Research progress of electrocardiographic monitoring fabric electrode was summarized.Characteristics and related research progress of conductive polymer and textile material electrocardiographic monitoring fabric electrode material were respectively introduced.According to differences of the main parts,electrocardiographic monitoring fabric electrode were classified.Preparation method of fabric electrodes with woven structure,knitted structure and embroidery structure and their application in electrocardiographic monitoring were elaborated in detail.It is considered that electrocardiographic monitoring fabric electrode need to solve the problem of comfort and establish quality evaluation standard for fabric electrode extracting electrocardiographic signal.
