摘 要:目的分析支气管哮喘患者呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)与免疫功能的相关性。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月于我院就诊的42例支气管哮喘患者,根据病情将患者分为急性发作组(18例)和哮喘缓解组(24例)。同时挑选健康体检人员20例设为对照组。比较三组的FEV_(1)%、FeNO、IgE水平,并分析急性发作组患者FeNO与IgE、FEV_(1)%的相关性。结果急性发作组的FEV_(1)%明显低于哮喘缓解组和对照组,FeNO、IgE水平明显高于哮喘缓解组和对照组,且哮喘缓解组的FEV_(1)%明显低于对照组,FeNO、IgE水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,哮喘急性发作患者的FeNO与IgE呈正相关(r=0.871,P<0.05);哮喘急性发作患者的FeNO与FEV_(1)%呈负相关(r=-0.885,P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者的FeNO水平与FEV_(1)%、IgE水平具有相关性;FeNO水平可用于预测支气管哮喘急性发作,其与IgE水平呈正相关,与FEV_(1)%呈负相关。Objective To analyze the correlation between exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and immune function in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods Forty-two patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into acute attack group(18 cases)and asthma remission group(24 cases)according to their condition.At the same time,20 healthy people were selected as control group.The FEV_(1)%,levels of FeNO and IgE in the three groups were compared,and the correlation between FeNO and IgE,FEV_(1)%in the acute attack group was analyzed.Results The FEV_(1)%of the acute attack group was significantly lower than that of the asthma remission group and the control group,while FeNO and IgE levels were significantly higher than those of the asthma remission group and the control group;FEV_(1)%of the asthma remission group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while FeNO and IgE levels were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that FeNO was positively correlated with IgE in patients with acute asthma attack(r=0.871,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with FeNO and FEV_(1)%(r=-0.885,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of FeNO is correlated with FEV_(1)%and IgE;FeNO level can be used to predict the acute attack of bronchial asthma,which is positively correlated with IgE level and negatively correlated with FEV_(1)%.
