高校无障碍通用设计——基于湖南省五所高校的调查分析

摘　　要：以湖南五所高校为例,运用问卷调查和实地调查形式,分析高校无障碍设施的落实障碍情况和防灾设施现状,提出将通用设计理念运用至无障碍设施设计和防灾规划中,形成以无障碍设施为基础、防灾设施为骨架的高校无障碍通用设计系统.Taking five colleges and universities in Hunan as examples,this paper analyzes the problems of barrier-free facilities and disaster-prevention facilities in colleges and universities by questionnaire survey and field investigation.We apply the general design concept to the barrier-free facilities design and disaster prevention planning,and propose a"barrier-free disaster prevention"universal design system that is based on barrier free facilities and takes disaster prevention facilities as the skeleton.
