摘 要:介绍了内蒙古电网复合绝缘子应用情况,抽取了一批不同电压等级、运行年限、生产厂家的复合绝缘子,对其外观、电气、机械及材料性能进行试验检测。结果表明,交流耐压试验、陡波前冲击耐受电压试验、机械破坏负荷试验合格率达100%,说明复合绝缘子早期应用出现的机械强度下降问题基本解决;憎水性试验、带护套芯棒水扩散试验、护套黏接强度试验合格率较低,反映运行复合绝缘子老化特征较为灵敏,建议将上述试验项目用于网内运行复合绝缘子抽检;喷水分级法用于运行复合绝缘子憎水性测试效果较好;热重分析、红外光谱分析等方法判定绝缘子伞裙早期老化程度效果良好,材料老化程度对复合绝缘子长期运行的影响仍需继续深入研究。The application situation of composite insulators in Inner Mongolia power grid is introduced.A batch of composite insulators of different voltage levels,operating years,and manufacturers are selected,and their appearance,electrical,mechanical and material properties are comprehensively tested.The results show that the percent of pass of AC withstand voltage test,steep-front impulse test,and mechanical failing load test reaches 100%,which shows that the problem of mechanical strength decline in the early application of composite insulators is basically solved.The pass rate of hydrophobicity test,sheathed mandrel water diffusion test,and sheath bonding strength test is low,reflecting that the aging characteristics of operating composite insulators are more sensitive.It is recommended that the above test items used for the sampling test of composite insulators running in the power grid.Water spray classification method is better for hydrophobicity test of running composite insulators.Methods such as thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectrum analysis are effective in judging the early aging degree of insulator umbrella skirts.The effect of material aging degree on the long-term operation of composite insulators still needs to be further studied.
