摘 要:为了提高聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethyl methacrylate,PMMA)纳米纤维的力学强度,以纳米纤维素晶体(cellulose nanocrystals,CNC)为增强体,采用静电纺丝技术制备了CNC/PMMA纳米复合纤维,考察了CNC添加量对CNC/PMMA纳米复合纤维的微观形貌、力学性能和热学性能的影响,结果表明CNC可均匀分布在电纺液和PMMA基体中,所制备的CNC/PMMA纳米复合纤维表面光滑,形貌规整.随着CNC添加量的增大,纳米复合纤维直径从1.37μm减小到0.48μm,表明添加CNC可显著提高CNC/PMMA纳米复合纤维的力学性能.随着CNC添加量的增加,拉伸强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当CNC添加量为16%时,CNC/PMMA纳米复合纤维的力学性能最优,最大拉伸强度为0.31 MPa,比纯PMMA纳米纤维提高107%.此外,添加CNC可小幅提高CNC/PMMA纳米复合纤维的玻璃化转变温度和热稳定性.In order to enhance the mechanical strength of polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)nanofiber,CNC/PMMA nanocomposite fiber was prepared using cellulose nanocrystals(CNC)as the reinforcement via electrospinning.The effects of CNC loading on the morphology,mechanical and thermal properties of CNC/PMMA nanocomposite fibers were investigated.The results revealed that CNC could be evenly distributed in the electrospinning solution and PMMA matrix,and the prepared CNC/PMMA nanocomposite fiber had smooth surface and regular morphology.As CNC loading increased,the average diameter of nanocomposite fiber decreased from 1.37μm to 0.48μm.The addition of CNC significantly improved the mechanical properties of CNC/PMMA nanocomposite fiber.With the increase of CNC content,the tensile strength first increased and then decreased.When CNC loading reached 16%,the tensile strength of nanocomposite fibers peaked at 0.31 MPa,which was improved by 107%compared with the pure PMMA nanofiber.In addition,the glass transition temperature and thermal stability of nanocomposite fiber were slightly improved.
