敏感性分析法在PPP项目投标的运用研究

摘　　要：PPP项目的投标报价有别于常规的工程施工项目,影响因素多,报价难度大。以国内某PPP项目为例,通过在报价得分和投资收益率计算中引入敏感性分析法,研究各投标因素对两者的影响程度,确定合理的投标报价策略,增加中标可能性的基础上保证了项目收益最大化。PPP project bid quotation is different from the conventional engineering construction project,the influencing factors are many,the quotation is difficult.Taking a domestic PPP project as an example,this paper introduces sensitivity analysis method into the calculation of quotation score and investment rate of return,studies the influence degree of various bidding factors on both,determines a reasonable bidding strategy,and ensures the maximization of project income on the basis of increasing the possibility of winning the bid.
