摘 要:某电厂#3、#4机组为东方汽轮机厂生产的1000MW超超临界空冷机组,在机组投运后相继发生2起门杆防转销脱落、2起高压调节汽阀阀杆脱落,阀门突关突开事件,造成机组负荷波动以及限负荷等严重威胁机组安全的事件。利用机组临修时间,对高压调节阀进行解体检查,发现十字头损坏并处理同时提出改造方案,以确保阀杆与十字头连接可靠性,为机组的安全可靠运行提供了有力保障。Units#3 and#4 of a power plant were 1000MW ultra-supercritical air-cooled units produced by Dongfang Steam Turbine Factory.After the unit was put into operation,there were 2 cases of anti-rotation pin falling off of the door stem,2 cases of high pressure regulating steam valve stem falling off,and the valve closed suddenly.Sudden incidents,causing unit load fluctuations and load limiting events that seriously threaten the safety of the unit.Utilizing the temporary repair time of the unit,the high-pressure control valve was disassembled and inspected,and the crosshead was found to be damaged and dealt with.At the same time,a modification plan was proposed to ensure the reliability of the connection between the valve stem and the crosshead,which provided a strong guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the unit.
