摘　　要：针对某水泵控制器企业配送不及时、配送时间长的问题,提出根据采购周期与生产周期的JIT物料配送优化方案;针对仓库备料时间长的问题,综合运用ABC分类法与精益布局等工具方法进行了仓储布局方案设计,并结合FlexSim仿真实验进行了优选。本文的研究为优化水泵控制器企业的车间物料配送方法,提高配送效率,为实现准时化生产提供了依据。Aiming at the problem that the distribution of a pump controller enterprise is not timely and the distribution time is long,the JIT material distribution optimization scheme according to the procurement cycle and production cycle is proposed.Aiming at the problem of long storage time,the storage layout scheme is designed by using ABC classification method and lean layout method,and the FlexSim simulation experiment is optimized.The research in this paper provides the basis for optimizing the workshop material distribution method of water pump controller enterprises,improving the distribution efficiency and realizing the punctual production.
