白牦牛前胃弛缓症的治疗体会

摘　　要：前胃弛缓俗称“脾虚不磨”,是由各种病因导致前胃神经兴奋性降低,肌肉收缩力减弱,瘤胃内容物运转缓慢,微生物区系失调,产生大量发酵和腐败的物质,引起消化障碍,食欲、反刍减退,乃至全身机能紊乱的一种疾病。本文从白牦牛前胃弛缓的发病病因进行分析,总结梳理典型临床症状和中西医治疗方法,供同行在养殖实践中借鉴和参考。Achalasia of the anterior stomach,commonly known as"storin g grass without turnin g",is a disease caused by various causes,such as decreased excitability of the nerves in the anterior stomach,weakened muscle contractility,slow operation of rumen contents,imbalance of microbial flora,production of a lar ge number of fermentation and spoila ge substances,resultin g in di gestive disorders,loss of appetite and rumination,and even systemic dysfunction.In this paper,the etiolo gy of white yak forestomach atony was analyzed,and the typical clinical symptoms and treatment methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were summarized,which can be used for reference in the breedin g practice.
