摘　　要：随着医学技术的不断发展,临床针对肾癌的诊断治疗方式有着较大的革新和进步,腹腔镜技术的广泛应用和不断发展,使得临床肾癌患者的生存率有着极大的改善。这类手术方式的应用相较于传统开放式手术而言,有着更好的术后恢复性以及更小的手术创伤,对患者的病情治疗上有着更为显著优异的疗效。这类技术的广泛应用逐渐在临床上取代了传统的开放式手术,成为了临床对肾癌行手术治疗的主流应用术式,在临床疗效的表现上起到了较为理想的效果。With the continuous development of medical technology nowadays,clinical diagnosis and treatment methods for kidney cancer have made great innovations and advances.The widespread application and continuous development of laparoscopic technology has greatly improved the survival rate of clinical kidney cancer patients.Compared with traditional open surgery,the application of this type of surgery has better postoperative recovery and smaller surgical trauma,and has a more significant and excellent curative effect on the treatment of patients’conditions.The wide application of this kind of technology has gradually replaced the traditional open surgery in clinical practice,and has become the mainstream clinical application for surgical treatment of kidney cancer,and has played a relatively ideal state in the performance of clinical efficacy.
