摘　　要：随着医疗技术的不断发展,2型糖尿病(T2DM)的治疗方法趋于多元化、先进化,但仍未能对血糖进行完全有效的控制。2型糖尿病患者具有缺乏及抵抗胰岛素的特点。因此,为实现有效的血糖控制,临床上常对患者进行胰岛素注射。胰岛素泵(CSII)作为一种治疗1型糖尿病患者的方法,通过对胰岛素的生理输送进行模拟,从而使血糖趋于正常。近年来,临床将胰岛素泵引进到2型糖尿病患者的治疗中,观察其对2型糖尿病的临床疗效。文章对胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究进展进行综述。With the continuous development of medical technology,the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)tends to be diversified and advanced,but it still fails to control blood glucose completely and effectively.Patients with type 2 diabetes are characterized by insulin deficiency and insulin resistance.Therefore,in order to achieve effective blood glucose control,patients are often injected with insulin.Insulin pump(CSII)is a treatment method for patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.It simulates the physiological transport of insulin,so as to make blood glucose tend to normal.In recent years,insulin pump has been introduced into the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes,and its clinical effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus is observed.This article reviews the clinical research progress of insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
