摘　　要：目的:探讨脊柱结核的MRI诊断价值。方法:对23例脊柱结核行矢状位T_(1)WI、T_(2)WI、STIR,轴位STIR扫描,观察椎体、椎间盘、椎旁冷脓肿的信号变化。结果:①椎体骨质破坏,椎体内T_(1)WI上以不均匀低信号为主;T_(2)WI呈混杂高信号改变。②椎间盘内T_(1)WI上呈相对均匀低信号,T_(2)WI不均匀高信号;椎间盘破坏,椎间隙变窄或消失。③椎体变形,脊柱后凸畸形。④椎旁冷脓肿在MRI上表现为T_(1)WI呈低信号,少数为等信号,T_(2)WI混杂高信号,增强呈环状强化。结论:邻近多椎体破坏,椎间盘破坏,椎间隙狭窄、椎旁脓肿是脊椎结核重要的征象。MRI在发现脊柱结核病变中具高敏感性和特异性。Objective:To study the MRI diagnostic value of Spinal tuberculosis.Methods:Sagittal T_(1)WI T_(2)WI STIR,axial STIR were performed.Methods:23 cases of spinal tuberculosis underwent sagittal T_(1)WI,T_(2)WI,STIR and axial STIR scan to observe the signal changes of vertebral body,intervertebral disc,and paravertebral cold abscess.Results:①The centrum ossein destroys,in the centrum on T_(1)WI by the non-uniform low signal primarily;T_(2)WI assumes combines the high signal change.②In the intervertebral disc on T_(1)WI assumes the relatively even low signal,the T_(2)WI non-uniform high signal.The intervertebral disc destroys,the intervertebral crack stricts or vanishing.③Vertebrae mal–formation and spine Anomaly backward.④The performance of paraspinal cold abscess is T_(1)WI assumes the low signal on MRI,minority is the equisignal,T_(2)WI combines the high signal,the enhancement assumes the ring-like strengthening.Conclusion:Many adjacent vertebral body destruction,disc damage,paraspinal cold abscess are important signs of spinal tuberculosis.MRI in spinal tuberculosis variant found in a high sensitivity and specificity.
