摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断小儿急性阑尾炎中的临床价值。方法:选择2018年1月~2020年1月本院急性阑尾炎患儿92例,均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,与病理学结果比较,分析彩色多普勒超声在诊断小儿急性阑尾炎中的临床价值。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断急性阑尾炎83例,其中单纯性阑尾炎23例,化脓性阑尾炎40例,坏疽性阑尾炎20例,经病理学证实急性阑尾炎92例,其中单纯性阑尾炎26例,化脓性阑尾炎44例,坏疽性阑尾炎22例,超声诊断的符合率为90.21%。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值较高,能对阑尾炎的类型进行准确判断。Objective:To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,92 children with acute appendicitis in our hospital were selected and examined by color Doppler ultrasound.The clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children was analyzed compared with the pathological results.Results:83 cases of acute appendicitis were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,including 23 cases of simple appendicitis,40 cases of suppurative appendicitis,20 cases of gangrenous appendicitis.92 cases of acute appendicitis were confirmed by pathology,including 26 cases of simple appendicitis,44 cases of suppurative appendicitis,22 cases of gangrenous appendicitis.The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 90.21%.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis,and can accurately judge the type of appendicitis.
