根管显微镜联合超声技术治疗阻塞根管的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对患有阻塞根管的患者采用根管显微镜联合超声的治疗方式,观察分析患者治疗后的临床疗效。方法:从本院2017年9月~2019年9月入住的患有阻塞根管的患者中,选择100例作为本次实验研究的对象,对所有患者全部采取根管显微镜联合超声技术的治疗方式,并对不同患病因素、患病部位的患者治疗后的效果进行记录。结果:对患者的治疗结果进行分析,病因为钙化的成功率为79.17%(38/48),而断针的为59.62%(31/52),差异具有显著意义。结论:对阻塞根管患者采取根管显微镜联合超声的治疗方式,提高了患者的康复水平,而不同患病部位以及患病因素对患者的治疗情况均有所影响。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound in patients with blocked root canal.Methods:Our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 in patients with obstruction root canal,choose 100 cases as research objects,this experiment for all patients to take root canal microscope combined ultrasound treatment,and for different risk factors,the effect of the diseased parts of the patients after treatment for recording and analysis of different factors of treatment time.Results:According to the analysis of the treatment results of the patients,the success rate of calcification was 79.17%(38/48),while that of broken needle was 59.62%(31/52),the difference was significant.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with blocked root canal by root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound can improve the patients’recovery level,and different diseased parts and factors have an impact on the patient's treatment.
