摘 要:目的:分析电子血压计与水银血压计对脑卒中患者血压监测结果的一致性。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年6月在本院接受治疗的75例脑卒中患者为研究对象,对所有患者均进行血压监测。在每次测量血压时,分别采用电子血压计和水银血压计进行测量。观察电子血压计和水银血压计血压测量结果,观察电子血压计和水银血压计血压测量时间。结果:电子血压计收缩压和舒张压测量结果分别为(15.21±3.23)kPa和(9.71±1.88)kPa,均高于水银血压计测量结果(14.95±2.85)kPa和(9.63±2.03)kPa,但是两者之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。电子血压计测量时间整体短于水银血压计测量时间(P<0.05)。结论:电子血压计与水银血压计对脑卒中患者血压监测具有良好的一致性,但是电子血压计操作更加方便高效,电子血压计在临床血压监测中具有良好的应用价值。Objective:To analyze the consistency of blood pressure monitoring results between electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer in stroke patients.Methods:75 cases of stroke patients treated in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the blood pressure of all patients was monitored.Electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer were used to measure blood pressure each time.The blood pressure measurement results and measurement time of electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer were observed.Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressure measured by electronic sphygmomanometer were(15.21±3.23)kPa and(9.71±1.88)kPa,higher than(14.95±2.85)kPa and(9.63±2.03)kPa measured by mercury sphygmomanometer,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The measurement time of electronic sphygmomanometer was shorter than that of mercury sphygmomanometer(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer have good consistency in blood pressure monitoring,but the operation of electronic sphygmomanometer is more convenient and efficient,so electronic sphygmomanometer has good application value in clinical blood pressure monitoring.
