摘  要:目的:探究干化学法与尿沉渣镜检对尿液红细胞与白细胞检验结果的比较。方法:选取2018年4月~2019年6月本院住院的292例合格中段尿标本,都采用一次性洁净塑料尿杯进行收集,采用干化学法与尿沉渣镜检法检测,并比较两种方法的检测结果。结果:尿沉渣镜检检测红细胞阳性率30.82%,低于干化学法的38.36%(P<0.05);尿沉渣镜检检测白细胞阳性率高于干化学法(P<0.05)。结论:干化学法尿检有方便以及灵敏度高等优势,但很容易出现假阳性与假阴性的情况;尿沉渣镜检的准确性比较高,但操作时间长,容易受到检测人员主观因素的影响,因此,两种方法需有效结合,优势互补,促使尿液检测准确率显著提高。Objective:To explore the comparison of the results of urine red blood cell and white blood cell examination by dry chemistry method and urine sediment microscopic examination.Methods:Selected 292 qualified mid-section urine specimens hospitalized in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019.All of them were collected using disposable clean plastic urine cups,tested by dry chemical method and urine sediment microscopy,and compared the two test result of the method.Results:The positive rate of erythrocyte detected by microscopic examination of urine sediment was 30.82%,which was lower than 38.36%by dry chemical method(P<0.05);The positive rate of leucocyte detected by microscopic examination of urine sediment was higher than that by dry chemical method(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dry chemical urine test has the advantages of convenience and high sensitivity,but it is easy to have false positive and false negative.The accuracy of urinary sediment microscopic examination is relatively high,but it takes a long time to operate and is easy to be influenced by subjective factors of inspectors.Therefore,the two methods need to be effectively combined with complementary advantages to significantly improve the accuracy of urine detection.
