摘　　要：胡乔木晚年对如何加强和改进党对文艺工作的领导,实现党对文学艺术工作正确科学的领导有过深入、系统地思考。他认为,新时期党对文学艺术工作的领导只能加强不能削弱;党对文学艺术工作的领导,主要是对其发展方向的领导,要高高举起社会主义文学的旗帜,理清文艺与政治、文学的党性和文学的倾向性以及党的领导与文艺事业的关系,认为党对文艺事业的领导主要体现在方针政策的制定和贯彻执行上,体现在服务和引导文艺界进行正确的批评和自我批评上。In his later years,Hu Qiaomu had in-depth and systematic thinking on how to strengthen and improve the party's leadership of literature and art work and realize the party's correct and scientific leadership of literature and art work.He believes that the party's leadership over literature and art work in the new era can only be strengthened and not weakened;the party's leadership over literature and art work is mainly the direction of its development.It is necessary to hold high the banner of socialist literature and clarify the relationship between literature and art and politics,literary party spirit and literary tendencies,as well as the relationship between the party's leadership and literary and artistic undertakings.It is believed that the party's leadership over literary and artistic undertakings is mainly reflected in the formulation and implementation of policies,as well as in serving and guiding the literary and artistic circles to make correct criticism and self-criticism.
