摘　　要：鸡多病因支气管堵塞是由多种病因引起的鸡临床呼吸障碍综合征,临床症状以呼吸困难、支气管干酪样栓塞为主,常伴有腹膜炎、心包炎、产蛋下降等。研究发现病原微生物及环境因素直接或间接影响鸡支气管上皮细胞正常生理功能,诱发支气管产生炎症;支气管壁堵塞物可能是水分在炎症高温下蒸发后,黏附的炎性物质不断积累沉淀所形成。引起鸡支气管堵塞的病原包括传染性支气管炎病毒、H9亚型禽流感病毒、鸡毒支原体、霉菌及大肠杆菌,有单独感染,也有混合感染。诱因为饲养环境和管理水平的低下。对该病的病因病理、预防进行综述,为鸡支气管堵塞的预防和治疗提供参考,并进一步为后续的研究方向提供思路。Multiple etiological bronchial obstruction is a clinical respiratory disorder syndrome in chickens caused by a variety of causes. The main clinical symptoms are dyspnea,bronchial caseous embolism,often accompanied by peritonitis,pericarditis,decreased egg production and so on. It was found that pathogenic microorganisms and environmental factors directly or indirectly affect the normal physiological function of chicken bronchial epithelial cells and induce bronchial inflammation;bronchial wall blockage may be caused by the evaporation of water at high temperature of inflammation. Adhesive inflammatory substances continue to accumulate and precipitate. The pathogens causing bronchitis in chickens include infectious bronchitis virus,H9 avian influenza virus,Mycoplasma gallisepticum,mold and Escherichia coli. The inducement is due to the low level of breeding environment and management. The author reviewed the etiology,pathology and prevention of the disease,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of bronchial obstruction in chickens,and further provide ideas for the follow-up research direction.
