摘  要:减少盐酸沃尼妙林合成工艺中复杂操作程序,缩短反应周期,提高产品质量和收率。采用一锅法合成盐酸沃尼妙林,在盐酸沃尼妙林关键D-valine Dane salt合成过程中,采用乙醇作为反应溶剂,增加反应物的溶解度,使反应由固液两相变为均一的液相体系,既减少了过滤洗涤的操作工序,又有效地增加了盐酸沃尼妙林合成工序中反应物的溶解度,大大缩短了反应周期。结果显示,此工艺可以提高反应收率和纯度,并可以大大缩短反应周期。The complex operation procedure in the synthesis process of vornimulin hydrochloride was reduced,the reaction period was shortened,and the product quality and yield were improved. One pot method was used to synthesize vonemulin hydrochloride,and the key to the synthesis of vonemulin hydrochloride was D-valine Dane In the process of salt synthesis,ethanol was used as the reaction solvent to increase the solubility of reactants and make the reaction from solid-liquid two-phase to homogeneous liquid-phase system,which not only reduced the operation process of filtration and washing,but also effectively increased the number of steps in the synthesis process of valnemulin hydrochloride and greatly shortened the reaction cycle. The results showed that this process could improve the yield and purity of the reaction,and greatly shorten the reaction cycle.
