摘  要:探讨板蓝根多糖(IRPS)对人工感染鸡传染性支气管炎(IB)的防治效果。将180只12日龄白羽肉鸡随机均分为6组,分别为板蓝根多糖高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,板蓝根多糖预防组,病毒对照组,健康对照组。除健康对照组外,其余各组每只鸡于15日龄接种IBV-M41病毒液0.2 mL。比较用药前后试验鸡的临床症状、生长性能、免疫器官指数、淋巴细胞亚群水平的差异,评价板蓝根多糖对鸡传染性支气管炎的防治效果。结果表明,板蓝根多糖预防组的发病率显著低于其他攻毒组(P<0.05);板蓝根多糖高剂量组、中剂量组与预防组的总有效率显著高于病毒对照组(P<0.05),分别为90.00%、86.67%、93.33%;板蓝根多糖高剂量组、中剂量组、预防组鸡的料重比显著低于病毒对照组(P<0.05)。同时,板蓝根多糖可促进感染鸡的免疫器官发育,显著提高感染鸡CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞比率。说明板蓝根多糖对鸡传染性支气管具有较好的预防和治疗作用,在实际生产中可以推广应用。To study the prevention and treatment effect of Isatidis Radix polysaccharide(IRPS)on avian infectious bronchitis,the experiments were designed using 180 chickens at 12 days of age. The chickens were randomly divided into six groups:IRPS high,medium,and low dose treatment groups,IRPS prevention groups,model control group and normal control group.All chickens,except the normal control group,were inoculated with 0.2 mL of IBV-M41 at 15 days of age. The clinical symptoms,growth performance,immune organ index and the level of lymphocyte were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the effect of IRPS on infectious bronchitis.The results showed that the incidence rate in the IRPS prevention group was significantly lower than that in the model control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rates in the IRPS high,medium dose groups and prevention group were significantly higher than that in the model control group(P<0.05),the total effective rates were 90.00%,86.67% and 93.33%,respectively. The feed quality ratio of the IRPS high,medium dose groups and prevention groups were significantly lower than that of the model control group(P<0.05). IRPS can promote the development of immune organs and significantly improved the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD8^(+) T-lymphocyte of infected chickens. The results showed that IRPS had both preventive and therapeutic effects in avian infectious bronchitis,and can be widely used in practical production.
