摘　　要：鸡传染性支气管炎(avian infectious bronchitis,IB)是由鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)引起的一种急性和传染性呼吸道疾病。目前,普遍以疫苗预防为主,但由于IBV变异快,导致部分鸡群免疫失败,且无特效的治疗药物,对养鸡业带来了严重的经济损失。近年来,利用中药、中药活性成分和中药复方防治该病取得了一定效果,其作用机理也逐渐增多。从IBV的分子特征、流行病学、中药抗IBV的机理和中药防治IB的现状进行了归纳总结,旨在为防治IB提供参考。Avian infectious bronchitis is an acute and infectious respiratory disease caused by avian infectious bronchitis virus(IBV). At present,vaccine prevention was the main measure,but due to the rapid mutation of IBV,some chickens fail to be immunized,and there was no specific treatment drugs,which brought serious economic losses to the chicken industry. In recent years,the use of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine active components and traditional Chinese medicine compound prevention and treatment of the disease had achieved certain effect,and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of IB had gradually increased. This paper summarized the molecular characteristics,epidemiology,the anti-IBV mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of IB inorder to provide a reference for prevention and treatment of IB.
