摘 要:为了研究海南狗牙花Ervatamia hainanensis枝叶中的生物碱类成分,利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、HPLC等柱色谱分离纯化方法,从海南狗牙花枝叶中分离得到了6个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了它们的结构,分别为10-hydroxydemethylhirsuteine (1),3R-羟基冠狗牙花碱(3R-hydroxycoronaridine,2),3-(2-羰丙基)-冠狗牙花碱[3-(2-oxopropyl)coronaridine,3],pandine (4),16-epi-vobasine (5),16-epi-vobasinic acid (6)。化合物1为一个新的单萜吲哚类生物碱,化合物5和6为首次从海南狗牙花中分离得到。In order to study the alkaloids from branches and leaves of Ervatamia hainanensis, silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatography were used to obtain six alkaloids from the branches and leaves of E. hainanensis with use of. Based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data, their structures were identified as 10-hydroxydemethylhirsuteine(1), 3R-hydroxycoronaridine(2), 3-(2-oxopropyl)coronaridine(3), pandine(4), 16-epi-vobasine(5), and 16-epi-vobasinic acid(6). Among them, compound 1 was a new monoterpenoid indole alkaloid, and compounds 5 and 6 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
