摘 要:目的:探讨对手术患者进行紧闭式吸入麻醉时使用不同的氧气吸入方法对麻醉机废气中吸入麻醉药浓度的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月期间在江苏省淮安市淮阴医院进行手术的100例患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各有50例患者。在对两组患者进行紧闭式吸入麻醉期间,采用高浓度高流量吸入法让对照组患者吸入氧气,采用高浓度低流量吸入法让研究组患者吸入氧气。然后比较两组患者麻醉持续的时间、吸入麻醉药的时间、麻醉机废气中吸入麻醉药的浓度。结果:研究组患者麻醉持续的时间、吸入麻醉药的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。在麻醉前,两组患者麻醉机废气中七氟醚的浓度相比,P>0.05。在吸入七氟醚后、手术中、手术后、离开手术间时,研究组患者麻醉机废气中七氟醚的浓度均少于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:在对手术患者进行紧闭式吸入麻醉期间,与让其吸入高浓度高流量的氧气相比,让其吸入高浓度低流量氧气的效果更佳,可有效地降低其麻醉机废气中吸入麻醉药的浓度,减少其吸入麻醉药的用量,缩短其麻醉持续的时间。Objective:To investigate the effects of different oxygen inhalation methods on the concentration of inhaled anesthetics in the exhaust gas of anesthesia machine during closed inhalation anesthesia for surgical patients.METHODS:A total of 100 patients who underwent surgery in Huaiyin Hospital of Huai‘an City,Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were inhaled oxygen with high concentration and low flow inhalation,and those in the study group were inhaled oxygen with high concentration and low flow inhalation during closed inhalation anesthesia.Then the duration of anesthesia,the time of inhaled anesthetics and the concentration of inhaled anesthetics in the exhaust gas of anes thetic machine were compared between the two groups.Results:T he duration of anesthesia and inhalation of anesthetics in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before anesthesia,the concentration of sevoflurane in the exhaust gas of anesthesia machine was compared between the two groups,P>0.05.After sevoflurane inhalation,during surgery,after surgery,and after leaving the operation room,sevoflurane concentration in the anesthesia machine exhaust gas of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:during the closed type inhalation anesthesia for surgery patients,and let its high flow oxygen inhaling high concentrations,compared to its high concentration of low flow oxygen inhalation effect is better,can effectively reduce the concentration of inhalation anesthetics in anesthesia machine exhaust gas,reducing the amount of the inhalation anesthetics,shorten the duration of the narcotic.
