滋肾平眩汤治疗肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用滋肾平眩汤治疗肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年6月期间东莞市道滘医院收治的90例肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为观察组和对照组。对两组患者均进行对症治疗,并为其使用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用滋肾平眩汤进行治疗。然后观察两组患者LVA的Vm、RVA的Vm、BA的Vm、DHI评分、治疗的效果及安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组患者LVA、RVA、BA的Vm及治疗的总显效率均高于对照组患者,其DHI评分低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗期间,两组患者均未发生不良反应。治疗后,两组患者进行各项生化检查的结果均未出现明显的异常。结论:使用滋肾平眩汤治疗肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕的效果显著,可有效地改善患者的大脑后循环指标,减轻其临床症状,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Zishenpingxuan decoction in the treatment of renal Yin deficiency type of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.METHODS:A total of 90 patients with renal Yin deficiency posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were selected from June 2018 to June 2020 in Daojiao Hospital of Dongguan City.These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Symptomatic treatment was given to both groups,and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules were used for treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Zishen Pingxuan Decoction.Then,the VM of LVA,VM of RVA,VM of BA,DHI score,treatment effect and safety were observed in 2 groups.RESULTS:After treatment,the VM of LVA,RVA,BA and the total significant efficiency of treatment in observation group were higher than those in control group,and its DHI score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).During treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.After treatment,there was no significant abnormality in the results of biochemical examination in both groups.Conclusion:Zishenpingxuan decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of renal Yin deficiency type posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,which can effectively improve the indexes of cerebral posterior circulation and relieve the clinical symptoms,with high safety.
