摘 要:目的寻找合适的盐酸丁卡因滴眼液含量测定方法。方法对永停滴定法、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、酸碱滴定法(分酸碱滴定法与电位滴定法)测定盐酸丁卡因滴眼液含量进行比较研究,筛选出准确性较高的方法。结果通过四种方法所测得的盐酸丁卡因滴眼液含量分别为实际值的82.10%、100.13%、100.07%、101.67%(酸碱滴定法)、99.67%(电位滴定法)。结论通过永停滴定法及电位滴定法所得含量测定结果较实际值偏低,而紫外分光光度法与高效液相色谱法测定结果较为准确,因此更适合用于盐酸丁卡因滴眼液的含量测定。Objective To find the suitable method for content determination methods of tetracaine hydrochloride eye drops.Methods A comparative study of content determination methods was implemented to determine the content of tetracaine hydrochloride eye drops,including permanent stop titration,UV spectrophotometry,HPLC and acid base titration(Acid-base titration and potentiometric titration),to filter out methods with higher accuracy.Results The content determination results of tetracaine hydrochloride eye drops determined by four methods accounted for the actual value are show as below:82.10%、100.13%、100.07%、101.67%(Acid-base titration)、99.67%(potentiometric titration).Conclusion The content determination results determined by permanent stop titration and potentiometric titration were lower than the actual results.However,The content determination results determined by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC are much more accurate.Therefore,these two methods are more suitable for the determination of the content of tetracaine hydrochloride eye drops.
