摘　　要：我国商业综合体建筑逐渐增多,且商业建筑中空调能耗占比较大。以某商业建筑为例,将负荷计算、DeST模拟及运行数据进行比对,分析DeST模拟对冷热源设备选型的指导作用,为项目合理制定冷热源方案提供依据。The number of commercial complex buildings in China is increasing gradually,and the energy consumption of air conditioning in commercial buildings is relatively large.Taking a commercial building as an example,this paper compares the load calculation,DeST simulation and operation data,analyzes the guiding role of DeST simulation in the selection of cold and heat source equipment,and provides the basis for the reasonable formulation of cold and heat source scheme for the project.
