摘　　要：对国有企业代建制管理模式下业主方实践应用中遇到的风险进行了分析,从法律法规政策体系到代建单位履约诚信风险等方面展开了论述,提出了一些针对性风险规避策略,以期为项目业主方做好风险识别及防范工作提供借鉴。This paper analyzes the risks encountered in the practice and application of the owner’s side under the management mode of agent construction system in state-owned enterprises,and discusses from the legal laws and regulations policy system to the credit risk of the agent construction unit,puts forward some corresponding strategies of risk aversion,in order to project owner party to do a good job of risk identification and protection for reference.
