摘 要:江西省的高坑煤矿中的暗斜井机头硐室开挖后的底鼓现象十分严重,采用传统的衬砌锚杆支护后仍然不满足设计要求。通过现场调研,结合FLAC3D进行建模,分析注浆加固之前与注浆加固之后的顶板和底板的垂直位移量、应力值、塑性区。最后分析对围岩遇水后产生软化、泥化与膨胀等不良现象以及注浆的加固效果。研究结果表明:注浆能够提高裂隙发育部位的强度和岩体的完整性,从而保证了煤矿的安全生产。In Gaokeng coal mine in Jiangxi province, the bottom heave phenomenon after excavation of the head chamber of the inclined shaft with dark belt is very serious, and the traditional lining bolt support still fails to meet the design requirements. The vertical displacement, stress value and plastic zone of roof and bottom plate before and after grouting reinforcement are analyzed through field investigation and modeling combined with FLAC3 D. Finally, analyze the adverse phenomena such as softening, sludging and swelling of surrounding rock and the reinforcing effect of grouting. The research results show that grouting can improve the strength of fracture development site and the integrity of rock mass, thus ensuring the safe production of coal mine.
