摘  要:基于新田煤矿、糯东煤矿各自煤层不同结构特点,采用机械造穴卸压增透技术进行瓦斯抽放,并对比普通钻孔抽放效果,分析增透后不同煤层造穴半径的影响因素和抽放提升效果。结果表明:煤层硬度是影响造穴半径的主控因素,同时机械造穴卸压增透技术在低透气性坚硬突出煤层、低透气性极软突出煤层中,无论穿层钻孔或是顺层钻孔均能起到明显的增透、增量、提抽作用,该技术使用范围广,应用前景广泛。Based on the different structural characteristics of the respective coal seams of Xintian coal mine and Nuodong coal mine, methane drainage with mechanical acupoint pressure relief and anti-transmission technology. And compare the effect of ordinary drillings, analyze the influencing factors of different coal seams′ acupoint radius and the effect of improving drainage.The results show that the hardness of the coal seam is the main controlling factor that affects the acupoint radius.At the ame time, the mechanical acupoint pressure relief and anti-reflection technology is used in the hard outburst coal seam with low permeability and the soft outburst coal seam with low permeability, whether layer-through drilling or layer drilling, can have obvious effects of anti-reflection, increment, and extraction. The technology has a wide range of applications and broad application prospects.
