摘 要:针对宁夏双马煤矿原煤,进行煤质特征和可选性研究,完成原煤工业分析、筛分实验和浮沉实验。得出双马煤矿原煤含有中灰分、低内水和中高硫分煤,属于中高热量值煤。原煤物料集中在+30、25~6、-3 mm这3个粒级,灰分随着粒级的降低呈现下降趋势。双马矿原煤上浮含量偏低,下沉量偏高,主要集中在+6 mm粒级物料中。25~3 mm原煤较+3 mm原煤可选性更佳,在后续洗选工艺设计方面需多加关注。Aiming at the raw coal of Shuangma coal mine in Ningxia, the coal quality characteristics and washability were studied, and the industrial analysis, screening experiment and float sink experiment of raw coal were completed. It is concluded that the raw coal of Shuangma coal mine contains medium ash, low internal water and medium high sulfur content, which belongs to medium and high calorific value coal. The raw coal materials are concentrated in +30 mm, 25 to 6 mm and-3 mm particle sizes, and the ash content decreases with the decrease of particle size. Shuangma coal mine raw coal floatation content is low, subsidence is high, mainly concentrated in +6 mm particle size material.The washability of 25 to 3 mm raw coal is better than that of +3 mm raw coal, so more attention should be paid to the design of subsequent washing process.
