摘 要:本研究探究不同体力活动水平对中老年人群的血脂代谢和免疫机能指标的影响,根据体力活动水平将受试者分为低、中、高体力活动组,对比不同体力活动水平组的糖脂代谢和免疫机能指标。本研究显示随着体力活动水平的增加,中老年人群的基础血压、空腹血糖和低密度脂蛋白逐渐降低,高密度脂蛋白和血红蛋白呈升高趋势,提示适当提高中体力活动水平有助于改善老年人群的糖脂代谢功能,有助于维持正常的心肺机能,保障生命质量。This study investigates the effects of different physical activity levels on blood lipid metabolism and immune function in middle-aged and elderly people.According to the level of physical activity,the subjects were divided into low,middle and high physical activity groups,and the glycolipid metabolism and immune function indexes of different physical activity levels were compared.This study shows that with the increase of physical activity level,the basic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and low density lipoprotein decreased gradually,while high density lipoprotein and hemoglobin increased,suggesting that properly increasing the level of physical activity in the middle and old people is helpful to improve the glycolipid metabolism function,maintain the normal cardiopulmonary function and ensure the quality of life.
