摘 要:运用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法等,以引入SPARK课程为载体,结合我国高校体育教学课程,针对我国大学生现存主要问题,以SPARK课程进行具体分析,对我国大学生社会适应能力进行研究。通过实验研究提出以下建议:(1)充分挖掘体育教学主体的积极作用;(2)最大限度发挥课时教学目标的基础性作用;(3)发挥教学内容既满足学生需求又符合教学实际的多样化作用;(4)以团体活动充实体育教学过程的结构性;(5)加大教学物质环境投入的同时做到资源利用最大化;(6)充分发挥探究性活动为主的教学方法;(7)贯彻双边性教学评价理念强调学生评价的重要性;(8)设置与推广适合中国特色的SPARK体育课程。Using the literature data method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,etc.,with the introduction of the SPARK curriculum as a carrier,combined with the physical education teaching curriculum in China’s colleges and universities,according to the main existing problems of college students in China,the SPARK curriculum is specifically analyzed to carry out social adaptation ability the study.The following suggestions are made through experimental research:(1)Fully tap the positive role of the main body of physical education;(2)Maximize the basic role of the teaching objectives of the class;(3)Exert the diversification of the teaching content to meet the needs of students and meet the actual teaching function;(4)Enhance the structure of the physical education process with group activities;(5)Increasing the input of teaching materials and environment while maximizing the use of resources;(6)Fully explore the teaching methods based on inquiry activities;(7)Implement the concept of bilateral teaching evaluation and emphasize the importance of student evaluation;(8)Set up and promote SPARK sports courses suitable for Chinese characteristics.
