A Study on the Behavior Differences and Motivations of Physical Exercises of College Students in Shenzhen under NCP Epidemic

摘  要:运用问卷调查法与数理统计法对深圳市高校246名非体育专业在校大学生,疫情前后体育锻炼的行为差异以及动机进行调查分析。结果表明:疫情前,锻炼行为在性别上存在显著性差异,疫情期间,则无明显性差异;疫情期间,大学生在锻炼行为的测量指标上整体水平出现下降;大学生参加锻炼的首要动机是以保持健康的身心、生活状态为目的的健康动机,其次外貌、乐趣、社交与能力动机。女生除外貌动机强于男生外,健康、乐趣、社交、能力动机均弱于男生。基于此,提出后疫情时期高校应适当增加体育课课时,循序渐进地增强学生体质,多开展趣味性体育项目比赛,以游戏的方式促进学生进行体育锻炼,培养学生们对运动健身的兴趣,提高锻炼的积极主动性等建议。Questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method are used to investigate and analyze the behavior differences and motivations of 246 non-sports college students in Shenzhen universities before and after the epidemic.The results show that before the epidemic,there was a significant difference in the gender of exercise behavior,but there was no significant difference during the epidemic;during the epidemic,the overall level of the measurement index of the exercise behavior of college students declined;the primary motivation for college students to participate in exercise is to maintain healthy motivation for the purpose of healthy mind,body and life,followed by motivation for appearance,fun,social and ability.Girls have stronger appearance motivation than boys,but their health,interest,social and ability motivations are weaker than boys.And based on this,it is proposed the following suggestions:colleges and universities should appropriately increase the physical education class hours in the post-epidemic period,strengthen students’physical level step by step,carry out interesting sports competitions,promote the students to exercise through games,and cultivate students’interest and initiative in sports and fitness.
