摘 要:运用文献资料等方法,对2009-2020年国内外体彩消费者的研究现状进行综述。结果显示:国内学者的研究主要集中于体彩消费者的消费心理与行为研究、不同消费群体购彩态度研究和问题(或病态)博彩中的消费者认知偏差研究等领域;国外学者则主要关注体彩消费者线上体育博彩研究和问题(或病态)博彩中运动员博彩研究、风险因素研究、冲动博彩或博彩动机研究。建议:1)国内学者应强化体彩消费者的内在认知研究;2)在原有研究基础上,逐步拓展研究对象和群体;3)基于国内体育彩票市场实际,开展对体彩消费者的特色化、区域化和本土化研究,并不断深化体育彩票市场监管和消费者问题购彩风险评估与预测研究。The research status of domestic and foreign sports lotteries consumers from 2009 to 2020 is reviewed by using the literature review and other methods.The results show that the researches of domestic scholars mainly focus on the consumer psychology and behavior of sports lottery consumers,the attitudes of different consumer groups and the consumer cognitive bias in gambling.Foreign scholars mainly focus on the study of online sports betting on sports consumers and the study of athlete betting,risk factors,impulsive betting or gambling motivation in problem(or pathological)gambling.It is proposed that:1)Domestic scholars should strengthen the internal cognition research of sports lotteries consumers;2)On the basis of the original research,domestic scholars should gradually expand the research objects and groups;3)Based on the reality of the domestic sports lottery market,domestic scholars should carry out research on the characteristics,regionalization and localization of sports lottery consumers,and continuously deepen the research on the sports lottery market regulation and the risk assessment and prediction of consumers’problems.
