摘  要:目的通过调查了解血液肿瘤患者社会支持、述情障碍和生活质量的现状,并分析相关变量间的作用,为促进血液肿瘤患者身心健康提供参考。方法选取大连市某三级甲等医院的260例血液肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、多伦多述情障碍量表、社会支持评定量表及生存质量量表进行横断面调查。结果述情障碍与生活质量及社会支持均呈负相关(r值分别为-0.39及-0.34,P均<0.01),社会支持与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.503,P<0.01),社会支持在述情障碍与生活质量间的中介效应占总效应的52.4%。结论社会支持在血液肿瘤患者述情障碍与生活质量间起到中介作用,医务人员可以通过改善患者述情障碍水平及社会支持状况,进而提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the status quo of social support,alexithymia and quality of life in patients with hematological malignancies,and to analyze the interaction among the variables,so as to provide a reference for promoting physical and mental health of patients with hematological malignancies.Methods A total of 260 patients with hematological malignancies in a grade A tertiary hospital in Dalian were selected as the subjects.They underwent a cross-sectional survey using the General Information Questionnaire,Toronto Alexithymia Scale,Social Support Rating Scale,and Quality of Life Scale.Results There was a negative correlation between alexithymia and quality of life and social support(r=-0.39 and-0.34,respectively,P<0.01 for both),and a positive correlation between social support and quality of life(r=0.503,P<0.01).The mediating effect of social support between alexithymia and quality of life accounted for 52.4%of the total effect.Conclusion Social support plays a mediating role between alexithymia and quality of life in patients with hematological malignancies.Medical staff can improve the quality of life of patients by improving the level of alexithymia and social support.
